Claire Deal
Claire M. Deal began her real estate appraisal career in 1998 with Joel Ward Appraisals. She is experienced in Champaign, Piatt, Vermilion, Douglas and Ford Counties. Claire was licensed in March 2007 as a Real Estate Salesperson.
Claire has spent most of her life in Champaign-Urbana, where she graduated from University Laboratory High School in Urbana and studied at Parkland College before marrying and starting a family. She and her family lived in the Chicago area for 10 years before moving back to Champaign in 1993.
Claire's husband, Brian, is an architect/urban planner employed at the University of Illinois. Claire & Brian have 3 children. Claire has been involved in the C-U One-to-One Mentoring program for the past seven years, and has been active in PTA at all levels in Champaign public schools. She has also worked in the school district for several years as a part-time secretary.
