Jeremy was born in Bloomington Illinois in 1974, and moved to Champaign to attend the University of Illinois in 1992 where he graduated with a BA degree in Philosophy in 1997. While attending school and also working in the evenings at a great local restaurant establishment, Alexander’s Steak House, Jeremy began his real estate career working for a local real estate investment entrepreneur. It was in 2000 that he began building his own portfolio of rental property and further advanced his career in Real Estate by joining the team at Royse & Brinkmeyer Apartments as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent.
His hands on education continued in 2003 when he and a partner started the company Champaign Heating & Air Inc, an HVAC company that still services commercial and residential customers throughout Central Illinois. Jeremy worked primarily as the Office manager, and helped build the company as it achieved over 100% growth in revenue each year that he co-owned it. He sold his half of the company in 2005 and his real estate career expanded once again.
Jumping head-first back into buying real estate, he assembled a successful team with Brandow Real Estate, Inc. and began remodeling properties and again investing in rental properties throughout Champaign-Urbana. In 2008 he joined forces with Joel Ward Homes as a sales agent and member of the Champaign County Association of Realtors and in 2009 doubled his Real Estate portfolio. He continues to manage his investments and offer his expertise and knowledge in assisting others in buying, selling, and investing in the Champaign-Urbana area.
