Tim Smith
Tim grew up in Champaign County attending Unit 4 Schools, before graduating from Champaign Central in 1976. He studied Engineering at Parkland College before embarking on a Career in the Construction Industry in 1979. Tim has built and sold over 100 homes in the Champaign Urbana area as Owner of Tim Smith Construction and President of Greyrock Homes, LLC.
Although Tim is new to Real Estate Sales he has been investing in Real Estate since 1984. He currently manages several of his own investment properties. As a lifelong resident, Tim understands the ever changing Champaign County Real Estate Market.
