Jason Baccadutre

Jason Baccadutre

Jason grew up in Taylorville, Illinois and graduated from Taylorville High School. He received a B.S. in History Education from Southern Illinois University in 1999. While in college, Jason worked at Jack Kennedy Metal Factory during breaks in order to pay for school. Jason was the first person in his family to graduate from college.

After college, Jason received his first teaching job at a behavior disorder school in Taylorville. During his first year of teaching, he assisted his former high school football coach. Jason was forced to find a new job after the school he was teaching at closed. With one year of teaching and coaching under his belt, he landed a head football coaching and social science teaching job at Tri-Point High School.

At the age of 23, Jason lead Tri-Point High School’s football team to a homecoming and consecutive victories for the first time in fifteen years. Jason remained at Tri-Point High School for two years, before receiving an assistant coaching position at University High School in Normal, Illinois. At this point in his life, Jason questioned his teaching and coaching career and pursued a career in a small business.

In the summer of 2002, Jason went to work for Freedom Wood Restoration. During his time at Freedom Wood, Jason wore many hats including laborer, salesman, marketer, manager and established a branch of the business in St. Louis, Missouri. The work entailed restoring cedar shake roofs and other property improvements. This experience sparked Jason’s interest in real estate and exposed his passion for coaching and teaching.

A small slip while repairing a roof brought an epiphany that leads Jason back to coaching and teaching. He returned to coaching and teaching in the summer of 2005, with his present head football coaching and a social science teaching position at Georgetown-Ridge Farm High School.

Recently, Jason has expanded his resume by becoming a team member of Joel Ward Homes. His passion for learning, affinity for helping others, and interest in real estate will assist you in finding the right home. Jason wishes you and your family the best.
