Jolie Rahn
Jolie, a Hoosier native, was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. An associate graduate of Vincennes University in Visual Design, she is also a graduate of Herron School of Art with a B.A. degree in Visual Communication. Jolie has used her knowledge of art and design to expand her repertoire to include a passion for architectural styles of homes and institutions of various time periods. Many of these periods range from classical to modern.
Jolie has spent the most of the last 17 years in the Champaign-Urbana area and knows the area and surrounding small towns quite well. Married to Dale and with four daughters (Alora 16, Elyssa 13, Teagan 8 and Murphy 3), their activities keep her on the road to various villages and towns where she has learned the outlay of the areas.
For the last 10-15 years, Jolie had been toying with the idea of getting into real estate, but, “life got in the way” and “it never seemed a good time”. With the support of family and friends, Jolie made a break for it and never looked back. In March of 2010, she completed the requirements needed to obtain her salesperson’s license to become a realtor. She is a member of the Champaign County Association of Realtors.
A “people person” who is down to earth and easy going, Jolie’s belief in customer service and customer satisfaction is paramount to a healthy and long-term client/realtor relationship. Helping clients buy or sell a home is like putting pieces of a puzzle together, intricate, yet fascinating and highly rewarding when the last piece is put into place.
Jolie enjoys crafting, gardening, decorating and working on her water pond. Most of all she enjoys getting together with her friends and family.
